Bahrain F1 Grandstand and General Admission Guides
Unlike all the other F1 circuits, there is no general admission ticket option at the Bahrain Grand Prix, held at the Bajrain International Circuit (also known as the Sakhir circuit). Instead, you have a choice of 5 different grandstands to sit in:
To help you pick your grandstand I’ve put together a comprehensive guide with my tips on the best seats to choose in these grandstands. It includes videos of the views from the different stands, seating charts, ticket info and more:
Alex’s top tips:
If you’re on a budget, the best seats at the Bahrain Grand Prix are in the highest rows of sections C or D in University 2 Grandstand because from there you can see Turn 1, the infield and the TVs.
If you can spend a little more, the best place to sit for the Bahrain F1 is section P, R or S of the Turn 1 grandstand. That gives you a view all the way along the main straight, round the first corner and along the second straight.
I have consistently used Viagogo for my F1 tickets over the last few years, including for my trips to the British, Dutch and Belgian GPs, and have always had a great experience doing so.
They always have a great selection of 1, 2 or 3-day Bahrain Grand Prix tickets for sale, even when they’re sold out elsewhere. Plus you can usually find a bargain if you wait until nearer the race weekend, and they have a very good ‘FanProtect guarantee’ which means your money and tickets are always safe – great for added peace of mind!
