Las Vegas Grand Prix music stage

Formula 1 is coming to Las Vegas in 2023. And with it are a number of huge artists, concerts and performances across the weekend.

However, if you’re heading to the Las Vegas Grand Prix, don’t expect to be able to see all of the live music. You can only access certain stages depending on which zone your tickets are for.

This guide to the Las Vegas F1 concerts provides all the information you need to know on the full line-up, schedule, and where each artist is performing.

Las Vegas Grand Prix opening ceremony

The opening ceremony for the Las Vegas Grand Prix will take place at 19:30 local time on Wednesday 15th November. It will include all Formula 1 drivers and the following artists:

  • 30 seconds to Mars
  • Steve Aoki
  • J Balvin
  • Swedish House Mafia
  • will.i.am
  • Journey
  • Keith Urban
  • Andra Day
  • Bishop Briggs

The opening ceremony will be held on the start / finish line of the F1 circuit. Spectators with Las Vegas F1 tickets for the Main Grandstand, Paddock Club, Wynn Grid Club or Skybox can access the ceremony with their existing tickets.

Anyone else can purchase stand-alone Vegas F1 opening ceremony tickets on the Las Vegas GP website.

  • A-Trak

F1 Las Vegas concert stages / zones

The Las Vegas Grand Prix track is split in to a number of different spectator zones. The main concert stages will be in three locations.

Our guide to Las Vegas F1 parking gives some tips on how to park near to your zone and avoid the worst of the traffic.

T-Mobile Sphere

The Sphere opened in September 2023. Unfortunately the Vegas F1 concerts don’t take place inside the sphere.

Instead there’s a big stage erected in the Fan Zone between the Sphere and the grandstands, where the majority of the headliner performers are currently listed as playing during the Formula 1 weekend.

The T-Mobile Sphere is part of the T-Mobile Zone at Sphere.

Heineken Silver Stage

The other main stage is the Heineken Silver Stage. Some of the smaller artists will perform here over the weekend.

The Heineken Silver Stage will also be where the majority of the F1 driver interviews take place across during the Las Vegas Grand Prix weekend.

The Heineken Silver Stage is in the East Harmon Zone by Virgin Hotels.

Heineken House

The Heineken House is where DJ Pee.Wee is performing and is a shared hospitality space in the South Koval Zone.

Las Vegas F1 concert tickets

If you want to see any of the artists who are performing across the F1 weekend you need to purchase one of the following ticket types, depending on which artist you want to see and where they’re performing.

T-Mobile Zone at Sphere:

Heineken Silver Stage:

  • Skybox (shared hospitality) ticket
  • Tickets for one of the East Harmon Zone grandstands (PG1, PG2 or PG3)

Heineken House:

  • Heineken House shared hospitality ticket

There are no standalone concert tickets available for purchase. The only way to see the performances is to purchase one of the corresponding F1 tickets above.

You can only access the zone which you have tickets for. You cannot access other stages outside of the zone which your ticket gives you access to.

To confirm this I got in touch with the Vegas GP sales team and this was their response:

“You will only have access to the zone you purchase – e.g. Sphere Zone ticket will only have access to Sphere Zone, PG2 (grandstand) will have access to the East Harmon Zone only.” – Las Vegas GP official response

So if you’re more interested in the music then the racing, then you want to try and buy the cheapest ticket possible:

  • If you want to see one of the concerts in the T-Mobile Sphere then the General Admission tickets are cheapest.
  • If you want to see one of the concerts on the Heineken Silver Stage then a single-day ticket in the PG2 grandstand is cheapest.
  • To get access to the Heineken House you need to buy Heineken House hospitality tickets which start at $2000 for a single day.

If you still need Vegas F1 tickets I’d recommend buying through StubHub.

That’s what I did when I went to the 2023 Las Vegas GP and I actually paid under the list price. They have a big inventory of Las Vegas Grand Prix tickets on sale.

I had a great buying experience and will 100% be using them this year for more F1 tickets this year.  They have a very robust ‘FanProtect guarantee’ which will make sure your tickets and your money are fully protected.

2023 Las Vegas F1 concert schedule

The table higher up this page will be continually updated with the set times for all of the headline performances across the Vegas Grand Prix weekend. These will be confirmed on the Las Vegas GP website in the run-up to the event.

Bare in mind that the Vegas F1 weekend takes place from Thursday to Saturday, not the normal Friday to Sunday. The F1 session times are also later than usual to accommodate for UK and European audiences, so this has a knock-on effect on the concert timings.

See the full Las Vegas GP schedule for more information.

As well as the music within the circuit itself, there are countless other artists performing at other venues across Vegas during the F1 weekend. See our guide to the best Vegas F1 parties and nightlife for a full rundown of what’s on.
