If you want the VIP treatment during a race meeting then there are a number of different Oulton Park hospitality offerings that might suit you or your corporate day out. This guide compares all of the different options for a VIP experience at Oulton.

There is one main location for the hospitality at Oulton Park. This is in the Fogarty Moss centre which is on the inside of the circuit between Old Hall and Cascades, directly across the track from the Oulton Park camping area.
The second location is Old Hall suites at the exit of the pit lane.
Both of these are access via the main entrance at Oulton Park, and have parking close to them.
The Fogarty Moss hospitality centre is perched on top of a hill so has a great view of Dentons, Cascades, the run along Lakeside towards Island Bend plus across the track to Hislops and Knickerbrook. All of the corners that can be seen from here are used on the two most popular Oulton Park track layouts, International and Island.
The area around the building is also one of the best general spectator viewpoints at Oulton Park.
The second hospitality location is Old Hall Suites. This tiny little three-storey building at the exit of the pit lane has private hospitality suites on each floor. With windows on three sides, Old Hall suites give great views of the cars and bikes as they come up Deer Leap, over the start finish line to break an Oulton lap record and through the first corner Old Hall.
MSV Oulton Park hospitality packages
There are four different hospitality options currently available for different Oulton Park events. These are provided by the circuit owners Motorsport Vision themselves and are all based within the Fogarty Moss centre.
The dress code for Oulton Park’s hospitality areas is smart casual.
Platinum Hospitality Package
The Platinum hospitality package is Oulton Park’s most exclusive VIP offering. Platinum guests will have access to the upper floor of the Fogarty Moss suite as well as the reserved outdoor seating and viewing areas.
The package includes a hot breakfast, three course lunch, afternoon tea and cakes and complimentary drinks from a free bar throughout the day. It also includes your circuit entrance ticket.
Below is the full list of Platinum package features and the events at which it is available for during the season.
During the events listed above you may be able to buy individual tickets. For other events not listed you can still book the package but will need a minimum number of guests, usually around 40.
Silver Hospitality Package
The Silver hospitality package is slightly cheaper. It offers the same features with a few differences:
- Smaller breakfast (rather than full hot breakfast)
- Two course lunch (instead of three courses)
- Pay bar (instead of a free bar)
Below is the list of Silver hospitality package features and the events at which this service is available.
If you are not a big drinker then the Silver package is definitely better value than the Platinum, but unfortunately there are no events where both options are available, so you don’t get to chose between the two. There is another option, however…
Trackside Lounge
At a number of events throughout the year there is also the Trackside Lounge hospitality option at Oulton Park. This is also hosted in the Fogarty Moss centre and provides a cheaper VIP experience than the equivalent Platinum or Silver package also available on the same race days.
The full Trackside Lounge package includes a cold buffet lunch, a souvenir race programme, your circuit admission ticket, access to a shared suite and the outdoor viewing area.
The Trackside Lounge package is only available at a few events throughout the year and the adult ticket prices are as follows:
- BSB – £152
- BTCC – £162
- Gold Cup – £87
Superview
The final Oulton hospitality option is Superview. Again this is only available at select events throughout the season. For a lower cost than all other options you get access to the Fogarty Moss suite to view the racing action from the warmth (or cool) of the indoors.
Superview is only available at the following events. The price does not include your circuit admission:
- British GT & GB3 – £49 adult
- Neil Howard Rally & fireworks – £55 adult
This is a great option for the Neil Howard Rally & Fireworks event at the end of the year as the Fogarty Moss centre is perfectly located to give the ideal view of the bonfire and fireworks which are usually held across the circuit on the inside of Cascades.
how to book Oulton Park hospitality
The Platinum and Silver hospitality packages can be booked by calling Oulton Park or emailing them through the details at the bottom of this page.
The Trackside Lounge and Superview tickets can be booked in advance on the Oulton Park website. First select the event you are interested in, then click the Book Tickets button. Skip through the booking process to Step 4 ‘Optional Extras’ and there you will be able to add whichever package you are interested.
The Trackside Lounge package can be bough with or without admission tickets.
Old Hall suites
The Old Hall Suites at the end of the pitlane are usually leased to private companies who offer hospitality packages for the big events through the year. At the moment, however, it doesn’t seem that any of these are being offered to the public.

Oulton Park Lodge
The Lodge at Oulton Park is the iconic terracotta coloured building that overlooks Lodge corner. Originally built over 250 years ago to replace the entrance gates to the Oulton Estate, the building has been recently renovated and now offers overnight self-catering accommodation.
The Lodge doesn’t just overlook the track, it is directly next to it. It’s so close that the garden fence is up against the armco barriers that line the edge of the circuit on the way in to Lodge corner.
This is without a doubt the closest you can get to the circuit as a spectator.
The Lodge is available as accommodation every night of the year, including for all club level race meetings. Additionally, for the following headline events, you can have up to 20 guests within the garden area.
- British Superbikes (both rounds)
- BTCC
- Oulton Park Gold Cup
- British GT and GB3 Championships
There is no hospitality service offered, instead it would be self-catering hospitality. However for the view and proximity to the circuit alone, this has to be the most exclusive VIP offering at Oulton Park.
The Lodge accomodation for these headline events always sells out very far in advance, so book early!
